Meticulous and determined with tenacious negotiation skills, she's also a down-to-earth advocate who relates to people on a deeply human level. Louise listens closely, responds promptly and works harder than anyone you'll meet. Her vast experience runs the gamut from new construction sales, resales and land deals to first-time investment transactions and 1031 exchanges. It turns out that giving a damn while offering elite industry know-how and warm relatability is a winning combination: Louise has closed over $100 million in total transaction volume, earned numerous top-producer awards and ranked among the top 3% of Central Texas REALTORS® 2021–2025, top 2% in Austin 2021–2023, and top 1.5% in Austin 2024–2025.
Born in Austin to a custom homebuilder/developer father and a real estate attorney mother, some of Louise's earliest memories include discussing zoning requirements and covenant restrictions around the dinner table. Because of this solid proving ground, she entered the industry with an outsized level of expertise. She's also been devoted to raising the bar and improving her craft ever since with numerous elective courses and training. Before real estate, Louise was in corporate sales, where she honed the dealmaking skills and empathy that continue to serve her real estate clients today. As the wife of a U.S. Air Force pilot and mother to four children under six, she brings a grounded, real-world perspective to every client relationship — she knows firsthand what it means to navigate major life transitions, tight timelines, and high stakes. "The size of the transaction doesn't matter to me," she explains. "I just genuinely care about getting people where they need to go and into a place that makes sense to them. Most importantly, I want them to leave the transaction feeling empowered."

Licensed in both Texas and California, getting people where they need to go largely means helping individuals and families move within or between the two states. Louise is married to a U.S. Air Force pilot and is based in Austin, maintaining an active presence in both markets — a connection that took root during years of splitting time between Texas and California as a military spouse. As a military spouse and mom to four young children, she knows what it's like to juggle family, deployments and work obligations. When you work with Louise, you gain the support of someone who excels at handling the myriad details and stresses of buying, selling and relocating with military precision, whether you're in the armed services or not.
A fourth generation (on both sides of her family) Texan, Louise is deeply familiar with everything Greater Austin city life has to offer, but she's equally comfortable in the country. She's also come to love and appreciate all things California. In fact, she finds there are more commonalities than differences between the states and their people, "Whether Texans and Californians would like to admit it or not," she says with a laugh.
When she's not helping clients in the Lone Star and Golden states, Louise can be found spending time with her husband, their four kids, and their 2 boxers. She also loves exploring the world and tackling CrossFit workouts.
